"Chap Chye (จับฉ่าย)" พวกเราใช้ชื่อนี้กันเพราะว่า พวกเราอยากแชร์หลายๆเรื่องค่ะ

ก็เหมือนกับจับฉ่ายที่ในหนึ่งถ้วยมีวัตถุดิบหลากหลาย แต่รสชาติกลมกล่อมเป็นหนึ่งเดียว : )

"Chap Chye", we chose this name because we want to share many stories in our blog.

In thai, we often call a matter which is from mixing of different kinds of things as 'Chap Chye'.

This is because the dish is cooked from putting in together many different types of vegetables, also other ingredients,

 yet it's flavourful and delish. And we hope our blog is ; )
